An urban sanctuary, inspired by nature. This ambitious development has been designed by award winning architects, SJB. The first true urban oasis in the heart of Sydney. Taking its name from the 7-story waterfall which cascades spectacularly down one the four buildings.

The solution In collaboration with Crown Group, seatpick.org Sydney designers, Alessio Maiolino and Ryan Stevens, have designed and styled the penthouse, creating understated luxury with contemporary Danish design. The goal was to create an interior that reflects the balance of modern life and nature. Whilst incorporating clever functional furniture with premium finishes and materials. A solution to make the most out of the space. A palette of earthy browns, smoked glass and black accents are complemented with soft greys and calming blues. Tactile ceramics, rich velvets, sumptuous leathers, and timbers, add elements of texture and lasting quality.
